The problem is persisting afterward trying all of the above. It is only affecting one of my accounts. I have other Outlook/hotmail accounts that are working. Here are answers to your questions:

  • Access your account through a web browser, spider web email (not sure what the divergence is between web browser or web e-mail) I'grand using "live.com" on the computer.
  • Does the issue happen when you are using a different browser or estimator? It happens using a different browser. I oasis't tried a unlike computer
  • Have yous received any error or default messages when yous ship or receive any email? Yes "Outlook wasn't able to complete this asking. Microsoft may contact you about any problems you report." when I tried to ship an e-mail. Even so the email was sent and it was received past a different hotmail account.
    I sent an electronic mail from a different hotmail business relationship to the problem account and it is listed as sent merely it was non received.
  • Kindly verify what practise you lot hateful "Outlook" Is it Microsoft Part Outlook or Outlook.com? Information technology is Outlook.com

I tried this and the other things but information technology didn;t assistance. I too shut down my computer and restarted just no change,

Like many others I am getting the aforementioned message.

I access my mail service through my net browser.  I never had this issue earlier Outlook took over---

I experience like I have to refresh my e-mail every few seconds-- my cache is cleared many times a mean solar day-- it is abrasive to be told that something is E'er wrong with Outlook/Hotmail.

I never said I was unable to admission my mailbox.  I am not sure where y'all read that.

What I said is that I am constantly getting the message that "there is something wrong, please refresh.  I get this anytime I try to look at a message, clear a mailbox, etc.  I am spending majoring of my time refreshing Hotmail/Outlook.

I never had this issue before Outlook took over.

I can't reply near another browser considering I only employ Google Chrome.

I can't answer about using another figurer because I only have the one laptop.

I can't answer well-nigh using other Microsoft accounts because this one is the merely one I take.

All I know is that I, and many others, proceed getting the same message nearly 'something is wrong'.

I clear my cache, I make sure there are no issues on you main site, etc.

Please gear up this-- I am not the only i.

I understand why you lot are asking the questions-- I was answering them.  I was not disputing the reason yous were asking.

All I questioned was where you got the thought I couldn't access my postal service-- I never had said that.  I said I was being told something was wrong-- that doesn't imply that I couldn't access mail.

As for other browsers I have no other browsers on my computer.  IE 8/9 crashes many of the applications I use on the figurer.  Firefox is extremely laggy.  I have only used Google Chrome for years.
